We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable! Our goal is to support families while also honoring the time, preparation, and materials that go into each sensory class.

💛 Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before class.
With 24-hour notice, you will receive:
A make-up class (if space allows), or
Class credit for a future session.

💛 Same-Day Cancellations
Because materials are prepared in advance and space is limited:
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
If there is an emergency, please reach out — we are happy to work with you when possible.

💛 Illness
To keep our little learners safe:
Please keep your child home if they have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious illness.
If your child is sick and you notify us before class, we will gladly offer a make-up class or credit.

💛 If We Cancel
If class is canceled due to instructor illness or weather:
You will receive a make-up class or full credit.
